We have taken our ""kids"" to a couple of different places in the past and when your dog doesn't want to go in you know there is a problem. My husband found Kelly back when he was still working from his home and we have been with him and his crew ever since. Our kids know what spa day is and are very excited to go. Bently got a little upset when we took him to the the new location. He thought we were taking him to someone else but once he saw Kelly and got some lovin' all was okay again. Our dogs love Kelly and his crew and we know they love our kids back. They get excellent care and lots of lovin'. Our two Goldens look so pretty when we pick them up and smell yummy too. Quality grooming and cut, great prices and excellent customer service. We recommend Kritter Kutters to everyone we know who has furry family members. When I first started taking my dog to Kelly Gilbert in 2006 which he moved to the West Central location, he did pretty good. However, he claimed my dog was a Standard Schnauzer when in fact he is a miniature Schnauzer. Kelly also claims that Schnauzers should have a tear drop cut on the beards.
