Some people say Krispy Kreme is overrated. Well, some people are wrong! These donuts are amazing, and much tastier than the donuts you'd pick up at the grocery store. Sometimes the lines can be long, but while you're waiting you can watch the donuts being made. And if you go when the "hot now" sign is on, you get a free original glazed donut! My favorite kinds of donuts are the devil's food, a chocolate cake donut which melts in your mouth, and the chocolate covered creme filled, which is a traditional donut with chocolate frosting and filled with a creme that reminds me of the stuff in Twinkies. The only problem is you can't eat just one! more

Krispy Kreme 4/13/2006

Krispy Kremes are so good that its hard to eat only one donut. I buy them by the dozen, so everyone in the house can get their favorite kind. I love filled donuts specially lemon and custard, but my daughter loves raspberry, so we are each happy. My husband loves them all. Each month, I receive a newsletter to tell me about the featured donut and many times there is a coupon to use for my next purchase. more

The BEST Doughnuts 4/8/2006

Oh man, you can not go wrong at Krispy Kreme. Make sure you try to get there when their sign says “hot now” because then you get a free doughnut while you wait in line. My kids love to watch the doughnuts being made (heck, even I enjoy it). Then, when you finally get to order and eat those delicious little piles of fat (I probably gain a pound each time I go in) you will be thrilled! more

Krispy Kreme 3/30/2006

If you love donuts and have never been to Krispy Kreme, you are missing out! These are by far the best donuts I have ever tried. They have a great variety of flavors. almost anything you can think of, but my favorite is the glazed. They are best warm, and they just seem to melt in your mouth. It's also a great place to take the kids because you can see how they make the donuts right in the store. more
