Reported them to the Better Business Bureau, Michigan Department of State Bureau of Information Security & Attorney Generals office. Here is why:
Took my truck to get diagnosed, staff told me they were too busy to please bring it back in 2-3 days. Then they changed their mind and said they would look at it for me but no work could be done on it since they were so busy. I call them back 5 hrs later to find out they went ahead and did work to the vehicle (with "top of the line" parts) without calling me with an estimate or informing me. I asked for price - could not give it to me. Called the next morning - still no price available. Go to pick up the vehicle and they wanted $395.20 for spark plug/wire change.
If they would have called me and told me what was wrong with the truck and how much they wanted to charge - I would have told them NO WAY. I know how to perform that maintenance to my vehicle.
They do not act like an experienced car garage - more like rookies! Experienced car professionals call their customers with a quote and inform them of what needs to be done BEFORE doing the work and expecting the customer to dish out almost $400.00!!!
