Krest Family Dental specializes in both general dentistry and orthodontia. All staff is courteous, attentive, and professional. I have been a patient for nearly six years, and my experiences have all been relatively pleasant because the dentists are very sensitive to nervous patients. Appointments are easily scheduled, and the dentists never seem to run behind schedule. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. more

I'm very happy with my dentist. waiting time is too much. I believe i make an appointment for a reason and to be seeing around the time. I understand that sometimes they are running late but still waiting is always been around 30 minutes in the waiting room or sometimes more. more

Dr B. is the best Dentist I've had! He is very personable and remembers his patients. He provides painless procrdures and does very good work. I hate going to the Dentist but Dr. B. makes it as good as it can get. I've had a cuople of crowns and fillings and I am a totally happy customer. more

The front desk was very accomodating in helping me schedule an earlier appointment time the day of my appointment. My dentist was great always. more

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 start! it's the worst dental place I have ever been to, Don't believe the full 5start reviews that are written on google, they are all obviously made up, I have been going back and forth with this company after ripping me off and not offering me any services, they tried to even sell me fillings for $1800 but I got lucky not to go for them, they did my braces and ruined my teeth, without taking any responsibility for it ! They keep changing doctors and they are all unprofessional. This girl Nicole from Customer service is the worst, she will try to sell you anything and will not even give you a copy of the paperwork. So please be careful, not to go there or take your kids. If you are a victim, those reviews won't be helpful enough you need to complain to the dental board, otherwise they will keep getting away with it. Scam artists, stay away and believe all the bad reviews because they are real. more

That was one horrible experience at this office starting with the CS staff, to their tricky contacts, Poor examinations, cleaning was messy, whatever happens and you have to go there as they are cheap compared to other others, although it's not worth it, in the end it's it will cost you more, do NOT give them any authorization to charge any of your accounts. You can't make complains, there is nobody or any number to call, so you have to deal with the rude girls at CS. Be careful what they make you sign and pay, if you have insurance, check with your company, they give false numbers too. I would not go back or recommend it. more

With the recent construction, the floors look crack and a bit unsanitary. My appointment was at 4:30pm and got in for X-rays at 4:52 (which they do not have the nice X-ray machine that you bite and spines around your head). While waiting for the Dentist some of the staff was, quiet loud and gossiping. They really did not try to explain much of what was going to be cover, not until I ask what the cost where going to be, the sponsor person at our event had mention we would get complimentary cleaning and Xrays. This was not the case, they charge my dental plan, which know I have to pay $$$. I had specifically asked before any thing was done if I was going to be charge with anything, they stated that all charges would be cover under my plan. I definitely would not recommend this place and will be force to pay this bill. I left around 5:30pm very slow service and at the end they wanted to go over what other procedures I should have done, felt like they where just trying to sell me something. Loved the dentist and the assistant was very friendly. Before they start my treatment they told me exactly how much I would have to pay unlike my former dentist. There was some waiting involved but it was well worth it. Pros: Great doctor and assistants Cons: bathroom could be cleaner more

Long Wait Time: I waited nearly 2 1/2 hours for a routine exam and cleaning. The actual time I spent with staff attending to me was about 45 mins. My appointment was at 2pm. I checked in 10 minutes early, and wasn't called to a room until 2:35pm. I had x rays done, then had to wait 30 mins for the doctor to see me, then had to wait another 30-40 mins for a 10 min cleaning. My 2pm appointment lasted until 4:30.\r \r Also the building is undergoing construction so the ambiance of a professional dental office is null (other than the decor in the lobby) also the restroom was disgusting and wasnt even located in the same office as the dental office.
