Krest Family Dental

ive been going to KREST with my kids for several years and i've always have had a pretty pleasant experience and have never had a complaint about it.MY kids use to be afraid of going to the dentist but not at krest because the dr. B is very nice and friendly with the kids he even craks jokes and gives the kids a toy at the end so the kids love it. And as of for myself dr.B is one of the best dentist i've ever had for example once my daughter had chipped half of her front tooth and was very selfconsious about it and was cryin and feeling bad sayin she looked ugly and when we got to the office she felt shy and didnt even want to show the dr.b her tooth and he talkd to her and told her he was gonna fix it right away and that not too worry that he will make sure her tooth looked exactly as it did before.So i really appriciated he took his time to do his work n comfort her . And the last time i went to the office with a really bad toothache i was seen rite away and was in n out quick and left without any pain. So i dont understand the negative reviews because me and my family have never experienced anything like that. And we plan to continue attending the office. more

Overall and considering my fear of the dentist, it was a very good visit. However the dentist who administered the numbing of my gums seem to be a little impatient with me at first but I think we became friends anyway. I will and have recommended your office to co-workers. i like all the stuff i have usually have had bad experiences with other dental offices but here ive only had positive from the front desk to the dentist they all take there time and you always feel like there thinkin the best for you and work for you very well and they care of you and treat you very well..example i came in last monday with pain and they saw me righ away and aliviated my pain..and i didnt feel unconfortable and they talk to you in a good level that you understand and they have no problem repeating things..my daughter was here also did all her ortho work here..even my daughter who goes to skoo in virginia didnt want to find a dentist over there she wanted to stay here with krest and we will defenetly keep comin back and we love krest dental. more

I went in for a check-up, and it had been a while since my last one, and they called me up pretty quick. The dentists there are friendly and joke around with you too which is nice for a change. They immediately let me knew that I had an infection in my gums. It was something I knew I had but always thought it was something minor. I didn't think it was that bad the way they told me. In the past, different dentists I had gone to never told me about the problem, and it left me wondering if those other dentists were even doing their job. That is why I was a bit relieved when these dentists told me about the infection right away. They ended up putting a temporary crown on my tooth, because I basically had a useless tooth. The nerves around my tooth were dead due to the infection. In the end, they prescribed me some medication to stop the infection from getting worse. My next appointment, they'll finally put in the actual crown on my tooth. more

There was an initial disagreement about how much I had to pay out of pocket for my braces. The front office people were very patient with me and explained why I have to pay what I did. Thinking it over ever since that day I realize I am getting a good deal. \r \r He was very good putting on my braces. I felt very relaxed and everything is going great so far. My orthodontist is very good also. I'm glad I found your dental clinic. more

I used to have a phobia about visiting the dentist. I was scared of needles and did not trust the people with them. However, over a period of time, the fear of visiting the dentist had diminished (not the needles though). I can safely say that the staff are all friendly, professional, courteous and caring. Never, have I experienced this type of professionalism at any dental office nor a doctor's office. The staff all know each patient by name. My children are not afraid to visit the dentist either.\r \r So, thank you to every office staff member, dental assistant and dentist. There have been so many to name. EVERYONE has been great. Thank you for helping to find the best financial options for me and my children. Last, but not least, thank you Dr. B for caring and sharing a blessing. We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone at Krest Dental for their fantastic dental care. Our family has seen a few dentists in the past but we were often never really satisfied with either the care or sometimes even the dentist who treated us. My wife is a flight attendant with Delta Airlines and one of her coworkers had suggested we try Krest Dental as her experience was very positive. My 14 year old son needed braces so we brought him in and found Krest to be very professional and extremely reasonable as braces can become a huge expense. My whole family loves Krest Dental. All of the staff are very nice from the time you are greeted, the facility is great, and most importantly the Dentists, Orthodontists, and the quality of care are second to none. We highly recommend Krest Dental to anyone seeking great dental care more

So far so good. I must admit, I was a bit nervous because I didn't read the previous posts on yelp until after I made the appointment. Though I am pleased thus far.\r \r I had to go in for a deep cleaning and filling. By the way I am new to this dentistry.\r \r First visit, long as was expected; filling out paper work, waiting, more waiting, then the consult. A little longer than I wanted, but never the less I expect it the first visit.\r \r Subsequent visits - ortho and cleaning I was in and out from my appointment time in less than 40 minutes. This includes my deep cleaning (two quadrants, needles in the gums) and ceramic filling, a little waiting and answering all of my questions.\r \r I know time will tell how I ultimately feel, but so far so good. \r more

Dr. T is the freakin' BOMB!!!\r \r (Do people still say that?)\r \r Yeah OK, so the office is a little cheesy and the neighborhood is a little rough around the edges. I went through three different dentists in a year before I decided on Krest. \r \r Dr. T explained things well, made me feel comfortable, and I never felt pain. Even after a root canal. No joke! more

This was my first dental appointment in 7 years. I was scared to even walk into the lobby. But as soon as I did I felt more relaxed. Your front office staff are absolutely wonderful. The young lady who took my X-rays was patient & understawnding. explaination of my care was awesome. Can't forget to mention the hygienist he was gentle and made sure I wasn't in any pain. And Dr. B. is undoubtedly #1 in my book. What a spectacular group!! more

Loved the dentist and the assistant was very friendly. Before they start my treatment they told me exactly how much I would have to pay unlike my former dentist. There was some waiting involved but it was well worth it. more
