For anyone who owns a camper or RV of any sort, NEVER EVER take IT TO KRAMERS KAMPERS IN ZION!!! I have never received such poor customer service4 on my entire life. They have had our pop up for 12 days now for a repair that should have taken 1 day and no one can tell us why, but we do no it is still not done. Matter of fact we were told today they still hadn't even looked at it after we were told it would for sure be done by this weekend. more
