I had to quickly relocate out of state and chose to work with this office. Ryan Anspach was assigned as our agent. He was rather new but seemed eager and energetic.
He turned out to be a poor communicator who rarely responded to voicemail or phone calls. He didn't even answer his cell phone and usually had to be tracked down through the Krall office...even during my closing process when deadlines had to met!
On the other hand, he communicated too much with other agents. On one occasion he openly admitted to me that he had lost a buyer for my home because he told the buyer's agent that their buyer shouldn't bother making such a "low offer". He never consulted with me about the interested buyer until after the buyer walked. I was furious! I would have accepted that offer and my home would have been sold months before I finally received another (LOWER) offer!
The supervising agents are useless. I reported the above incident as well as the poor communication issues with Ryan, and they NEVER even responded.
I also had to pay for my own advertising because Ryan kept promising to promote my home with ads and open houses but NEVER did. He had excuse after excuse...medical issues, sporting events, etc. that interfered with his job.
When selling your home, go to Coldwell Banker or at least to a different Century 21 office. This one is HORRIBLE and only added to the stress of trying to sell a home in this economy.
Cons: poor communication
