Krafft Academy of Gymnastics

I love Krafft Academy! All of the gymnasts are friendly and nice to each other and my coaches rock! They have gotten to know me as a person and help me improve my skills every time I am in the gym. I really feel like this is MY GYM and I have a voice and big part in my gymnastics. This is the first gym I have ever been in that the coaches value me as a person and gymnast. The coaches and staff at Krafft Academy are the most qualified, friendly and approachable people we have ever met in gymnastics. My daughter has been participating in gymnastics for 10 years. Since coming to Krafft in March she has been coached and taught like no other place before. Coaches encourage, challenge and support her in a positive and influential way. It is the first gym we have ever been in that has a full range of gymnasts from beginner to Elite. We could not be happier and my daughter's gymnastic future looks bright! For clarification on the previous review, half of the team did not leave, five gymnasts graduated with full college scholarships because of what they were taught at Krafft(Pittsburg, Kentucky, Utah, Missouri and Minnesota). Five other gymnasts did go to another gym and one has quit the sport and another has left the gym she went to, the others have been very unsuccessful. The owner did go through a divorce and had health problems. This year the Krafft gymnasts repeated as level 10 state champions, they had the only Tulsa area gymnasts to qualify for nationals, all of the Krafft gymnasts placed in the top 10 on some event or in the all around nationally. Presslee Harrald won the NIT meet and Madison Mooring came in second. Judging by the results Krafft would appear to be the powerhouse gym that it has a reputation for being and would be the logical choice for anyone who wants to a successful gymnast. more

The owner is a total nut job. She thinks she is all that and she really isn't. May turn out some good gymnasts, but any good parent wouldn't submit their children to her ridiculous antics. My child was at the gym for about 6 months and then I couldn't take it any more. In the time we were there half of her team left the gym for another in town and shortly after we followed. more
