By the end I felt violated.
They quoted me one price on the phone which was totally different from what they charged me. I understand a few dollars difference but this was plus 50%.
The cleaning tech looked harried like she wasn't going to get a lunch. The cleaning was painful. All the while, I heard an older gentleman in the next room trying unsuccessfully to have a conversation about his treatment plan. He was very exasperated. The dentist came in at the end told me I had 5 cavities and they printed out a quote for over $700.
I decided to drive 5 hours to see my old family dentist for a second opinion. He was dumbfounded: first by the rates on the quote, then told me he would only be filling one tooth identified by Kouadio, and he would be filling a second tooth (a front tooth!) that was in very bad need that Kauadio hadn't even listed on the quote!
I am so glad I did not shell out that much money for 4 totally unnecessary fillings! What an awful experience, and imagine, I waited several weeks to see this guy.
(My old dentist got me in on the day I asked for 2 weeks out, no problems.)
All this said the receptionist is a ball of sunshine, what a sweetheart. Too bad she works for such an inept staff.
