New Management And Crew 5/16/2009

Well when i noticed that manager was different from when i had a bad experience i decided to give it a go. Tom Carry and Antony gave me a wonderful experience. Everything was explained in extream detail. i even asked it to be dumbed down :). i feel that this store has evolved wonderfully from what it was year or 2 ago. the new mechanics work very well as a team. I even enjoyed the (show) as i watched the process through the window. my personal experience was a young mechanic named Matthew. he spoke very well and made me feel like i was taken care of. i high recommend him and the broadheadsville shop to anyone new or old to the area. Pros: How a change in the Ladder Makes a Hugh Difference Cons: None This Visit! more

Honest & friendly 3/25/2009

I've heard some bad experiences with Kost, and I've had an experience in the past where the mechanic's communication was lacking.. but my experience today was excellent. I thought I needed brakes and they could of easily ripped me off. Derek called me and said my brakes were fine! Even the price he quoted me was great, Halterman's wanted to try and charge me triple and if I would of brought my car to them, i'm sure they would of put new brakes on anyway! Horrible customer service- lazy service- take longer even with an appointment. 3/7/2008

Horrible Customer Service 3/7/2008

This business is run by mechanics that lack communication and people skills. First the mechanic wanted to do a bunch of extra work which I confirmed through another mechanic was not necessary at all. They needed to order a part for my car and they were supposed to call me when it came in. They never called because I declined to do the extra work. The mechanic gave me attitude when I came to pick up my car. I will never let them work on my car ever again and I am not spreading a positive word about them. Good luck if you use them. Pros: I don't have anything positive to say, I have never had such horrible service Cons: Rude and do not care for their customers. more
