We purchased a pre-owned Accent from Korum Hyundai. Each time we have brought our vehicle in for servicing, the people and the work done has been all that we could ask for. Earlier this month, we had two new tires installed. The technician inadvertently damaged the TPMS sensor on one wheel. A new sensor was installed without charge. A day later, a TMPS warning appeared on our dash. I returned to Korum Hyundai to check it out, thinking that the new sensor may have failed. Inspection showed that one of the original sensors had actually failed. As a gesture of good will to a good customer, a new sensor was installed at no charge. I truly appreciate this sort of special service and will continue to have all my work done at your dealership. Thank you very much.
