I made an appointment with Dr. Kornbrot to evaluate the extraction of my wisdom teeth. Dr. Kronbrot was knowledgeable and professional, my ""medical"" experience. was ok.
However, I am very disappointed at their management. I paid the bill with credit card on site. I'm sure about it. However, over the last four months I have been receiving notices (three or four) saying that my account is past due. Despite my repeated attempts to try figure out what the problem was, they have never returned my calls (and I have left at least four messages over the last months). Today I have received a letter saying that they are going to use a collection agency. Go figure. I have spent more than two hours trying to find my proof of payment, because they didn't even say in their letters when their service was provided. I have finally found it but, since they are not returning my calls, I guess I'm going to have to go there during their limited business hours to show them the receipt and solve this issue.
I would stay away of this medical provider because of their completely unprofessional management, which has made me waste a lot of time. You may end up wasting a lot of time too or being double billed. Even worse, if their billing procedures work like this, I don't want to imagine how they might be able to manage a surgical procedure.
