If you want to challenge yourself while having fun, then give ILKB a try. The class is a high intensity workout that incorporates aerobic, strength, flexibility, and balance training. The instructors will assist you reach your goals (e.g. toning, core strength, energy levels, etc.). It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or an expert. There are people of all body types, fitness levels, ages, etc. The instructors are very knowledgeable and can modify exercises to suit your skill level and also accommodate for any injuries. It is a friendly environment in which the students help keep each other motivated and encouraged. Like many people in the class, I started out on a Groupon, as I wasn't sure if I would like it. I am now entering my third year as a member. The workout is addictive!!! Even if I am tired after work, I still look forward to attending ILKB. It definitely beats any class that I have taken at a gym.
