Amazing Staff. Very knowledgeable. LOVE THEM! 7/9/2016

I have had all three of my kids with Dr. Woods at Kootenai OBGYN. The staff delivers their own babies, you see the same Dr. at every visit, and even if you decide to go with a midwife, their midwives are amazing. They love my kids more than I do and enjoy seeing them grow. Great Staff. Great Atmosphere. Won't go anywhere else. more

Horrible! 12/27/2012

I had made an appointment, I called the day before to confirm it and the rather snotty receptionist told me my appointment wasnt for another week and a half. Upon me making the appointment the nurse had called me back 20 mins after speaking with her confirming the date and time because "she wasn't sure if she had the correct info written down." Not only myself but, my husband had moved all our clients around to fit our first "unforgettable" appointment into our busy schedule. They wouldn't take any acknowledgement towards THEIR mistake and I was pushed aside like I meant nothing. I do not recccomed going to Kootenai OBGYN for I was treated like dirt even before walking through the front doors. more
