Please Do Not make your child go through what mine did! My son had his first dentist appointment with them yesterday and it was awful! They was too firm with him, yelled at him, used strong physical force and was going to use restraints just to take an X-ray! They had four women and one man trying to hold him down at once while yelling in his face! Screaming at him while telling me to leave him alone and go into the waiting room so they could do what they wanted. There was no way I was leaving my son! He was terrified and traumatized! I will never do that to my baby boy again! I will be lucky if I ever get him to trust a dentist again because of them. Needless to say we left there immediately and will NEVER go back to kool smiles again! Please do not take your childrden there.
