Came into her around 8/05/10 & spoke with her about consignment of summer clothes. Came back 2 1/2 weeks later & dropped off summer & fall clothes and asked her if it was too late to sell summer things & she said it was not and they would process immediately and wait til weather changes for fall clothes because ppl don't tend to buy fall/winter until the weather actually changes. That was fine with me. We had a month left of HOT weather so I left summer clothes with her. Not the case...nothing processed month later & no communication. When I was there she said I had GREAT clothes & told asst. she wanted to process immediately!! (Abercrombie & Fitch & Gap worn once or not at all!) On 10/01/10 I called to check (4 weeks later) & was upset when I heard NOTHING was processed NOTHING!!! There were shoes, short & long sleeves, shorts & pants something should've been processed! AND Why would I leave summer clothes there if you can't use them til next year?!!!! 10/6 Came in to what I thought was to pick up unwanted clothes & she gave me all clothes back. What???!! She stated her asst. said I was unhappy about summer clothes not being processed (TRUE)! DUHHH, who wouldn't be upset that you didn't follow thru with what you said & if there is a misunderstanding you should be able to talk to your customer! Not once did I receive a call from her! Very Rude & unprofessional! Apparently she doesn't need my business in this weak economy! I would take my business elsewhere to a place that is more deserving! Thanks for Wasting my Time!
