If you get a chance to stop by & order anything, you won't be disappointed. Esp with the Mushroom'Spinach or Zucchini-based dished, and the hot sauce is to die for.
Show up before 2pm, and you can grill the owner (Carol) about her recipes and health standards. I was turned on to this place by a dear friend who knows I'm always hunting for exceptional vegetarian cuisine. Well, bullseye. Place has a bit of a hole-in-the-wall vibe, but mostly in a good way, and, to be fair, the wait can be a "con" during the lunch rush. I would also mention the prices being well, not cheap, but I think fair's fair. This isn't a Del Taco or Pollo Loco, it's a mom & pop kitchen that serves really high quality gourmet Mexican food.
