THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.... WHICH IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I TOOK MY CAR IN AT 9AM ON A WEEKDAY AND I CALLED TWICE TO CHECK UP ON IT AND IT STILL WASN'T EVEN LOOKED AT UNTIL 230PM WHEN I WAS COMING TO PICK IT UP AT 330PM. WHEN I GOT THEIR NOITHING WAS FIXED. I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY RUNNING BOARDS ON MY NAVIGATOR COMING IN AND OUT AT THE WRONG TIMES. I PERSONALLY SHUT THEM OFF. HOWEVER WHEN I RETURNED THEY JUST SWITCHED THEM BACK ON. WHEN I OPENED THE DOOR THEY WERE DOING THE SAME THING AS WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF. HOWEVER, THE MANAGER ASSURED ME WHEN HE PARKED IT , IT WAS WORKING FINE..... I WAITED ANOTHER HOUR FOR THE MECHANIC TO RUN MORE TEST. I WAS ASKED TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY. MIND YOU I ALREADY PAYED, NOT KNOWING WHEN I RECEIVED MY KEYS EVERYTHING WAS NOT FIXED. THEY CHARGED ME 150.00 FOR DIAGNOSTIC TEST AND THE 5 HOUR LABOR THE MANAGER CLAIMED THE MECHANIC SPENT ON IT, WHEN i CALLED AT 230PM AND HE HAD NOT EVEN GOTTEN TO IT???? 5 HOURS???? THE MANAGER GOT UPSET BECAUSE I QUESTIONED THE CHARGES, HE WAS YELLING AND I TOLK HIM I WOULD NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN. MIND YOU I AM A 30 YEARS OLD WOMEN.. I COULD NOT BELIEVE HIS ACTIONS. VERY UN PROFESSIONAL. I EVEN HAD TO CALL HIM BACK TO RECEIVE A DIAGNOSTIC REPORT BECAUSE HE DID NOT GIVE IT TO ME. HE ALSO SNATCHED THE PARTS AND LABOR CHARGES OUT OF MY HAND THAT I WAS GIVEN WHEN HE BELIEVED I WAS GOING TO BE RETURNING. ALL I CAN SAY IS ""BEWARE"", THEY ARE RIPP OFFS. YOU WOULD EXPECT THIS FROM A MOM AND POP JOINED BUT FROM THE DEALER???? FORD NEEDS TO FIRE AND RE HIRE PEOPLE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I COULD GO ON AND ON, BUT TO SUM IT UP.. H O R R I B L E!
