I love Kone King in East Aurora! Been coming here for years with my family. The owners are really nice and polite.I think their staff is pretty good most of the time too. This place is really busy come summer time. \r Most people just come on these review sites to bitch it up but I'm just here to say that Kone King is awesome when it comes to getting some tasty treats and friendly service! \r more

Poor service 4/10/2010

My daughter loves their ice cream but everytime we go there if either the owner or his wife is there they are completely rude. Never a nice greeting or smile, it's like it's painful for them to own the business. I've spoke to many other mom's and they feel the same way. Too bad it's the only place my daughter will go. Pros: good ice cream Cons: complete lack of customer service more
