In West Hawaii Today polls, pet owners vote for thier favorites, and Kona Vet is consistently pet owners' best practice.\r \r Despite another practice's claims, Kona Vet is the fairest, owner-friendliest clinic in town. They do not pad bills or charge outrageous fees for services. They accept owners preferences of pet diets, which is very important for those of us who feed raw-meaty-bones.     When was the last time you had your teeth cleaned? While brushing your teeth and flossing certainly removes plaque, it is almost impossible to remove it all. Dr. Kostides and his staff will remove the hardened deposits with an ultrasonic machine or with manual scalers. A professional cleaning will assist in the removal of food, tobacco, beverage stains, etc. that cannot be removed with regular brushing. After removing the hardened deposits, a compound will be used to polish the teeth. In addition to cleanings, Dr. Kostides offers:
