One of those rare breeds in an automated world. For the cut and quality you actually pay more at the supermarket. We bought PRIME CUT (not available at suprermarkets) Sirloin for $7.99/lbs. Go to your local butcher! Mike even gave me a simple recipe for lamb. Pros: Helpful staff more
