Had a rental property that needed new carpet, was extremely competitive on pricing, also the work was done very well. He suggested the perfect type of carpet for the situation based on their experience and thus far have had no problems with workmanship or quality of carpet. Will use them for my carpet needs. Rug Cleaning 8/24/2009

I used the same rug in my dorm room for two years. Needless to say it was pretty dirty and stained. Koko Boodakian & Sons took it and made it look and smell like new again. Pros: Pros: Excellent cleaning and service. Cons: Cons: Don't have your rug for two weeks. more

rug cleaning 10/11/2008

THIS IS A GREAT PLACE. Friendly, professional, responsive. And they do beautiful work. I had previously written a review saying they lost a rug of mine. This was totally inaccurate. The people who lost my rug were the previous owners. I did not know the business had changed hands. These current owners have NOTHING to do with what happened to my rug. I am so sorry to have not removed this sooner. My sincerest and deepest apologies to these fine people. Pros: Great Place. more

Avoid for rug cleaning services 9/29/2008

Buyer Beware!! Will never take my rugs here again. I took an antique rug here that I had inherited from my mother. The rug came back very dusty and had a lot of tears and small holes in it. According to them this was a result of negligence on my part. I have never been so insulted in my life. Customer service at its worst.. Will take my business elsewhere! more
