I have been on a quest for great nigiri sushi and I'm glad to find this hidden gem! Every selection was fresh the sushi chef knew what he was doing by the correct cut and adding the right amounot of wasabi to the rice, for example(not many places on LI even do that). The homemade gyosa is a must and the terayaki dishes are excellent and they are not cheap with the meat, for you protein lovers :). Went back a 2nd time and had another wonderful experience. As far as my crazy roll comment. I didn't see much combo rolls named after people, towns, etc.(i really dont like those, but that's just me) but my guests ordered a couple and they were perfectly balanced in flavor. Finally found my favorite sushi on LI!
Pros: Everything is excellent
Cons: not many crazy 10+ ingredient rolls, if you like those
