Not all Kohl's are bad... 4/17/2006

Depends which Kohl's you shop at...the one by Jefferson Pointe is pretty nice, but the one at Northcrest is the pits. I do think the aisles are crowded and their sales racks are organized very well, but I suppose that is because they have such great deals and so many people have rummaged through them! more

Great Selection of Items! 4/16/2006

Kohl's is a store that has been popular in the Midwest but moved to California and the West several years ago. I enjoy shopping here when I am looking for middle range kitchen goods and moderately expensive clothing. They have a nice selection of men's clothes in the mid-price range. Nothing really expensive, just sturdy clothes. If you have children, this is a place you would like since the prices are reasonable and they offer a wide selection of colors and styles. Lots of free parking. The store offers many sales and special sales to charge card customers. more

An unorganized mess 9/19/2005

I cannot stand to shop at this store anymore. All clothing sections are so unorganized that you never can find what you are looking for. Their cart's can barely fit through the isles. I get so frustrated anytime I go here. The only reason I gave the place two stars is because sometimes they do have GREAT sales and clearance items, if you can find them through the mess. more

unorganized clothing departments 6/20/2005

The Kohls Department store is very unorganized in the clothing departments. It is difficult to find any particular size, the right style to fill your needs, and most generally, they do not have the size I need in stock. The racks are full and unmanaged. The markdown selection appears to me to belong in a thrift store or costume shop. My husband likes to shop here, but I cannot ever find anything I am looking for, making for a very frustrating shopping trip. more
