I have never had to deal with such rude women from kohls UNTIL I had to call their customer service!.. So my advice is never call customer service or you'll have to talk to some snobby bitch acting like you're doing something wrong by calling and needing help. more

Kohl's is a winner! 1/5/2005

I have been a fan of Kohl's for several years. It's a great one-stop shopping place! You can get clothing, shoes and homewares all in the same store. They also are always running a sale. Their $10 buck coupons for spending $50 are great too. Check them out. They also have good customer service and a fair return policy. Pros: lots of sales, good parking, nice customer service more
