Sushi is not cheap eats, so our expectations are very high for sushi restaurants that want to keep earning our sushi dollars. We have been to Kobe's sushi bar two times and will not go back for thirds. More often than not we had to repeatedly wait a long time to be acknowledged at a nearly empty sushi bar. The rules for ordering sashimi seemed to change depending on who the sushi chef was on a given evening, which was quite frustrating as they were rude about it. I would rate the sushi/sashimi a 7 on a 10 scale; hardly worth the grief involved in dining there. We vote with our dollars, and they lost our vote.
Pros: Atmosphere
Cons: Slow service, rudeness to customers
