As a customer of 6+ years I feel very much betrayed for my loyalty to this establishment. After excusing numerous instances of growing pains through the changing of staff over the years, and locations, as well as recommending/defending the establishment to friends, only to be argumentively dismissed by management when for the first time I reject the order I've ordered every time I've ate at the establishment for the last 6+ years (sometimes 2x a week for months) because it was wrong. I can accept the preparation of the order has been changing over time as I've dined there long enough and consistently enough to watch the subtle changes over time to my favorite dish, but to be told flat out that it is prepared correctly and try to invalidate my many years of dining experience and patronage is unconscionable. One cannot tell me that what is best described as an oil slick of spaghetti noodles and 2-4 onion/peppers is an acceptable version of the hibachi noodles I've ordered consistently for years at that location. Worse still, is to have the manager/owners defending wait staff that laughs off as trivial the holding of steaming hot and heavy plates over my 1.5 year old son when delivering the trays to the table is inexcusable. I've never had my loyalty to a location be so incidentally dismissed over what could have been easily handled with a little tact and consideration. I will never return to this location and will seek in every way possible to deter my associates from patroning the location as well; especially when there are several other similar dining experiences I could easily have chosen and will choose in the future.\r
