Treat their customers really well! 8/15/2011

This was the first time I have used Network Automotive Service Center. I had a really, really good first experience and they will be my alignment shop of choice from now on! I first went in, on a recommendation from another shop, I had scheduled appointment, which they were mostly on time for. There was a little bit of a wait, about thirty-five minutes for everything, I was in and out in no time! They checked my tires, which I knew were off a little, they adjusted them. I'll be back, because from the moment I walked in, I felt that they really cared about the customer. They genuinely had my best interests at heart. They were there to do what I wanted them to do, nothing more, so no up-selling. You don't find that kind of company very much. Plus, they are knowledgeable, reasonable prices, professional and do really good work. I can't recommend them enough! more

I would recommend Network. I don't want to go anywhere else after the service I got with them. I was treated pretty well. They were very considerate, very concerned, and they treated me like I was special. My only complaint is that it's a shame they don't have a store in Phoenix. I had a car in trouble when I was down there, and I was concerned that another company would try to take advantage of my situation for a quick buck, so I drove it slowly back to Mesa and the Network up there. What I like is that I can take it to any Network Automotive and I am able to explain the problem. Then they take me out there and show me what the problem is and what they need to do. I feel safe with taking my car to them, and I feel safe driving it after taking it to them. more

Nice, friendly, and informative. Everything you could want. 3/17/2011

Network Automotive Service Center was awesome. They were really good to us. I mean, they were just great! They were great with my baby running around, and they were not even upset about that. They didn't make me feel stupid either, being a chick and going in there by myself with my baby. They explained everything to me really well. When they took the back part off my van, the brakes just fell right off, and they were very glad I came in when I did because it was unsafe. They were really nice, friendly, and informative, just everything you could want when you go to a place like that. Jennifer Carpenter more

Network Automotive Service Center gets the highest marks in my book! 3/9/2011

I've been a customer for five years now and I have to say that I really appreciate and enjoy their honesty. It's so refreshing to actually be able to go into a shop knowing there will be no BS involved. They're going to fix your car up the right way. Travis actually sent me a thank you note, which I thought was great. You don't see that kind of attention much nowadays, especially in the climate we're in. It's a nice touch. They are very professional and I really appreciate the work they do and the treatment I get there. I highly recommend their services, they are fantastic. more

Auto mechanics you can trust! 1/22/2011

I would like to thank Mike Kasofsky and his crew at Network Auto. I have used them several times mainly for oil changes and alignment work. But recently I had a major issue with my car. I felt they were honest, showed me what needed to be done, and it was fixed in a timely matter. They even got me into a rental car for the day so I would not be with out wheels! Mike paid for it! How many auto shops will do that?! I highly recommend Network! more

Awesome 12/15/2010

You guys did an amazing job on my first wife's eight year old Buick. It drives like a different car, no more wrestling with the wheel, no more vibrations, it runs like it is on rails, so will schedule to bring in my Nissan and my Bronco next. more

I am now a customer for life! 12/14/2010

The dealership told me I needed a new tie rod, rotor cuts, front brakes, alignment & tires. When I took it to Network via recommendations from friends, I had enough money to get everything but the tires, until these honest and trustworthy employees told me all I needed was the alignment! With the money I saved on unneeded work, I was able to buy four new tires that day! My car is riding smooth, and my kids and I are on safe wheels! Thank you to Jeff and everyone at Network! I am recommending you to EVERYONE!!! more

Wouldn't go any where else! 12/13/2010

I was referred to Network Automotive by Discount Tire in Mesa 5 years ago. We had just move here from California and didn't know who we could trust to work on our cars. Mike Kasofsky was the first person I worked with at Network and I have been coming back ever since. Mike, Travis, Alan and Eric have all been the best to work with. They are honest and true to their word. Thanks to them, we are still driving our 2003 Honda Civic (with 215,000+ miles) and 2004 Honda Civic (with 152,000+ miles). Queen Creek Location is great 12/10/2010

It's refreshing to see such a clean shop with clean-cut, uniformed service personnel. I feel that if they care so much about their shop and personal appearance, they will treat my vehicle with care also. I've been looking for such a shop for a long time - - glad they're in Queen Creek! more

Fast and Efficient 12/8/2010

The staff at Network Automotive in Precott, AZ are very knowledgeable. The professional way in which they service their customers is A-1 in my book. I can always count on them to get me in and out in a very timely manner, which is essential given my hectic schedule. I have tried several mechanic shops in the Prescott (tri-city) area, and from my first experience with Heather, Jeff, and the "ENTIRE STAFF" at Network Automotive, I have no reason to look further... Keep up the excellent work guys!!! more

Prescott, Arizona service 12/1/2010

We brought our car into the Network Automotive in Prescott AZ recently and were so thrilled with the service we received. Heather made sure that our car got checked out and the oil changed...our car was so much nicer afterwards. Network Automotive Service Center was very friendly and very knowledgeable. This was my first time using them, and I was referred there by a couple of my friends. They did an overall check and diagnostic of my vehicle but didn't do any work. It was an evaluation to let me know what I need. I will definitely go back again. more

Amazing, but they will not rip you off! They won't do work that is not needed. They won't overcharge. They get it done as soon as possible. Friendly too! Travis is one of their best assets! Keep up the great work! more

Upfront, honest, and reasonable. 11/15/2010

I have used Network Automotive Service Center for 13 years. Travis in particular, and he has been there all that time, has always been upfront, honest, and reasonable in his repair prices. They have worked on multiple cars for me and have done things including the water pump, air conditioning system, shocks, alignment, and timing belts. The work is always pretty good, and if there are any problems they will take care of them. more
