Koala Kare Day Care Ctr

Today my daughter was bitten on the left leg top area. They called me to notify me. This BTW was the 2nd time bitten. We asked them to keep an EYE on my daughter and to keep an EYE on the biter. \r \r I got another phone call about 3 hours later that she had a mark on her face. THEY COULD NOT TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED BUT IT LOOKED LIKE ANOTHER BITE MARK!!!!\r \r I told them if they DID NOT know what happened then they OBVIOUSLY WERE NOT WATCHING HER!!!!!!!\r \r I got transferred to the owner. She was not listening and seemed the least concerned about it. \r She told me it was my daughters last day. I am reporting their ratios BTW\r \r They also let just about anyone watch your kids. There is a teacher that my son had that grabs kids on the face, arms when they are in trouble. I saw this with my own eyes. OVERALL....not a good experience and sooo glad my daughter is out of there. \r \r It WAS a bite mark on her face...right by her eye!!!!! I was furious ...its disgusting and sad how they didn't give the least concern!!!! so SAD more

I have two children that go to Koala Kare. Both started at about 3-4 months of age. The staff is very caring and loving to the kids. I have always felt comfortable leaving my children here. I highly recommend this daycare. My 5 year old comes home every day excited to talk about her day. I was able to visit during lunch and nurse my 2nd child and always felt at home. more

My son was enroll in Koala Day Care for 3 years since he was 18 months until the age of 3. He rarely came home sick. The place was clean and the staff have lots of curriculums for the children. They potty trained my son which was very helpful. The only problem is that it's pretty expensive. I paid over $400 a month and that was at least 5 years ago, I'm sure the prices have gone up. more

I was actually on the waiting list before hurricane Ike and, by chance got in after hurricane Ike and, I was very lucky. I feel very confortable leaving my kids in their care. The staff are all so friendly, and really show care, concern and love for all children. I would never go to any other daycare. My kids come home and they are happy smiling.. they helped my daughter to start walking , and my son to start counting and, potty training, and broke him of the bottle. I would never use any other daycare center. ABSOLUTY THE BEST!!!!!!!!! more

What can I say? I LOVE IT and the people who work there are fantastic with the kids. I actually attended this daycare as a little girl as well as my sister and cousin so I knew they would be great with my kids. Not only do my kids come home counting and singing, they come home SMILING! Due to hurricane Ike my kids are now attending another daycare until Koala Kare opens up and I have to say we are not pleased at all. They hate it! We didn't know what we had until it was gone. I would recommend this daycare to anyone and everyone! We miss you KOALA KARE! Pros: Great people and excellent cirriculum Cons: NONE! more
