Ben and Trey did an excellent job fixing our water leak. Our main line from the street to the house was leaking. They diagnosed the problem and gave me several options to solve the problem. When option 1 (patching the line at the spot of the leak) turned out not to be feasible because of a completely corroded galvanized pipe, we moved on the option 2 - completely replacing the line. They managed the crew that bored a hole from the street to the house, installed the new line and had the problem solved by late afternoon. This was our first time using Knoxville Plumbing, but based on this experience I will certainly call them again.
