I tried a personal session with trainer Frank Wood and enjoyed every minute of it. It was fun learning all the punches/kicks--I forgot I was working out until he introduced me to an exercise he calls the 21 drill (my arms felt like noodles) and something called picking pumpkins (I call it the medicine ball from hell drill). In one hour I worked every part of my body--and the best is that he is affordable. Can't wait to go back!
