Stay away! 3/10/2009

Bill Gabor Began refinishing our existing hardwood floors and installing a new floor in a different room for us in October 2008. We had to stop for a couple of week while some other remodeling work was done. When we called him to come back and finish the job, he said that he would come but never did. Now he does not return phone calls and we will have to take him to small claims court. The quality of the work is poor. Stay away from Bill and Knock on Wood Flooring. more

Ruined plumbing, failed to completely finish floors, refuses to return calls. 10/30/2008

We had this joker out to put in flooring in February. A few months later we started to notice spots where his crew had failed to varnish. Also noticed that our toilet was leaking. The plumber said that his crew destroyed a good portion of the pipe when they installed the flooring. Pros: Cheap and quick Cons: Will not complete the work, refuses to take my calls. more
