I took a couple of knives to this place on Wednesday and after reading the reviews I was a little worried so I called to check on them. Was told he hadn't done them yet but they could be ready by 4. He called me back around 330 and said they were ready. He did a great job, was friendly and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use this business again! And will probably buy my next knife from him. more

Do NOT go to this guy to get your knife sharpened. He messed my blade up pretty badly. I asked him if he felt confident sharpening a Benchmade Gaucho beforehand. Yeah, he did polish the edge, but he butchered the angling on it as well as skewing the profile. I am going to have to send it into benchmade to have the edge redone. He is pretty knowledgeable on knives in general though. 25% of Benchmade's MSRP is not too bad. more

I also had a very bad experience with the owner of this so called knife store. I've known of him for years and bought a couple of knifes from him when he was set up at the local flee markets years ago. Back then he was a decent guy to deal with and his prices were fair and reasonable so I trusted him. Awhile back I was wanting a high end Gerber knife and was told by him he could order it for me, I waited and waited and it never came. He flat out lied to me and when I ask for my money back (half down) he told me that he doesn't give refunds and that I could only put the money towards a different knife that was in stock. I think he knew from the beginning that he couldn't get the Gerber knife and he put it off for as long as he could and then screwed me. I've contacted the corp. commission to file a complaint. Please don't waste your money or time dealing with this SCUM as he will try to screw you. more

Okay I wished I had checked the review out before I went. 2-12-11 I took 3 knives An expensive Puma, a hand made knife by father, and a new cold steel dagger. I had attempted get them razor sharp myself but couldn't get what I wanted on them. So take them ""PRO"" well this owner of the Knives and More IS NOT! I was supposed to pick them the next day but was in the hospital. So on Tuesday the 15th I arrive. He could not find my knives, my knives were found write were he had laid them on Friday, THEY HAD not been touch! He began working on them while I was standing there. I checked each knife before he worked on them and they still had the sharp edge that i had put on them!!! He took each Knife to his sharpen g wheel and I could here him allowing the knife to flip up on the wheel which is bad on the bade. Ass he would give me the knife back I would test them and he would also. My test was to see if I could shave hair off my arms NO WAY they all were much worse & had the edges rolled on a couple as well!!! His test was sticking them through a piece of PAPER and cutting downward! All 3 of my knives failed his and tore the paper without a clean cut!!! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR KNIVES TO THIS CLOWN!!! His place is completely trashed!!! He couldn't even get a butter knife sharp enough to cut butter with!!!! more

I went to in to have my knives sharpened on Dec 17th. I prepaid for the work, and he said they would be ready on Dec 23rd. They were not ready then. He would tell me days to come back, and sometimes the store would not even be open!!! This went on for OVER a month! I would believe his word, and come back another day, and the work was not done. He lied and lied and lied. Finally, I asked for my knives and my money! He apologized and said to come back in a few hours and he promised again to get them sharpened. So I did, the knives were NOT sharp!!!! I have never had such a poor job done on my knives! I am angry!!! Pros: Easy to get to location Cons: VERY slow service AND bad work!!! more
