I sent three merino sweaters with small moth holes to Knitwear Doctor in August 2012. I was told the turnaround would be slow. I didn't mind, as it was summer. After months of silence, I called in mid-December to confirm that the repairs had been completed. However, I didn't receive the sweaters until the end of January 2013. I would have even forgiven this if the repairs had been top-notch. Unfortunately, the repairs are dreadful. Their website alleges that "you can't find the knit repair when the work is completed." Ha! The repair holes are plainly obvious to anyone who is not completely blind. My sweaters look like sh*t. Never again. The service is expensive, slow, and inept. They should be ashamed of themselves.
