I got into a car accident 10 years ago 4/2/2012

I got into a car accident 10 years ago and declined medical attention. I was young and dumb! My back and neck began hurting more frequently so I went into Panorama Center. They were able to identify the cause of the pain and now we are working to get it resolved the best we can. Thank you for your taking the time to help me!!! more
