I was excited about attending Kencht's Open house for the Sept. 2008 start. However, it did not live up to all the great things I have heard about it. I wanted some information on class times, etc. and the woman behind the desk, whom I believe was the owner, would not give up any information until I registered (with money) to get the schedule or information I needed to see if this place was right for my daughter, who already had training. I told her I was never at this studio before, so you would think she would have been more helpful. I also had my sister with me and her two kids, so this was a potential money making opportunity for the studio. As for the woman behind the desk, I said to her, I'll call on the phone to get the information. She discouraged me from doing so and that registering was their policy. So my sister and I proceeded to wait 45 minutes to see whomever we were supposed to see, about finally getting some answers to our questions. I have seen many studios and this was the most tight lipped and unwelcoming. My sister and I were disgusting with the wait, and walked out after we had had enough. However, I have to admit the facility looked clean and spacious, and the only reason I know this was I took the time to snoop around while we waited, no one bothered to tell us to do so. As far as the dancers credentials, they are top secret as well. \r
