I can't see how they can, considering their awful customer service. I had high hopes for them since the buyout by Sears, but I'm not sure that can even help. Every time I exit that store I am frustrated. Clueless salespeople work the floor - they don't know where a product is, or anything about it. During prime shopping hours, consider yourself lucky if they have more than 2 registers open. You *will* wait awhile in line. A good number of the cashiers could use a little more training, as they have no clue how to use a cash register. The cashiers and front end managers could stand to learn how to multi-task as well. While their overall prices are pretty good, I try to avoid them most of the time and shop in Target instead.
