The store is fairly clean, and well stocked. But, there is no customer service to speak of. I searched forever to try and find someone to help me. I finally had to ask a customer, who was able to assist me. I was standing in line to pay (there was only one lane open) and just as it was my turn, the power went out. It returned in a matter of seconds, but all of the registers had to be restarted. I understood that the store could not do anything about this, and I waited patiently. The employees were able to get one cash register working within a 5-7 minutes. However, instead of assisting the customers who had allready been waiting in line for close to 10-15 minutes at that point, they took new customers who had just approached the registers. The customers behind me in line were all very upset when we saw what had happened. When I mentioned this to the cashier, he shrugged. I then asked him how much longer the cash register would be, he said he thought it would be another 5 minutes at least, and suggested I joing the other lane, which at this point had a very long line. When I and the other customers left his lane, the register began working, and once again new customers were allowed to go ahead of the customers who had been waiting. When I finally reached the cashier, she did not speak to me until I gave her my coupons, and she said in a snotty tone, "What do you think you bough that qualifies for this coupon." I told her what I knew I bought that was listed clearly on the coupon. She did not apologize. Every customer that had been in front of me in line was apologized to for having to wait. I was not even thanked.
