Kmart

I went into this store this passed Friday, to purchase some undergarments. When I finally found what I needed, I went up to the checkout. The two young ladies at the checkout did not even acknowledge me, except to ask me to swipe my card. they were busy talking about graduation, and what they were going to wear... neither of them asked if I found everything I needed. When my receipt was printed off, the cashier quickly handed it to me, she did not say thank you, come again. she didn't even bother to hand me my bag! I have never been in a store place so cold, and rude before in my life...and I highly doubt I will be going back. I'm not asking for the red carpet to be rolled out for me when I'm at Kmart...but at least greet me, and say Have a nice day?! more

I put 3 layaways on and my payment was due on the 13th I went in to pay on the 14th and they said they had already put it back to stock so I lost money. Im a single mom and this is the only way I have to get my children christmas, I called and they let me pay my payment five days late but when my second payment was due I called and she said ahe couldnt make any promises they dont do extensions I was one day late, I felt like I had been robbed legally!!!! I have spent A LOT of money with K mart Im so UPSET that they would treat a good customer in this way!!!! A. Williams more
