I wanted to note the professionalism of your group, starting with Ron and Kathy at Kloke and carrying through to the two teams who actually moved us. Both Larry and Carl were great ,and the long day was made much less stressful when it was clear how diligent the guys would be. Rick, I would just like to take a few minutes to say what a wonderful crew you provided us with for the past couple of weeks here at J. Sargeant Reynolds. We couldn?t have asked for a better crew of men. Not only were they very professional and courteous, they were a bunch of very hard working men, who I feel you should be very proud to have working for you. They defiantly worked under conditions at times, any other group would have lost patience with. However they never once wavered in their commitment of doing a great job. Customer Service was great. The movers missed a few items in their hurry to move us, but came back to get them later. The small amount of damage to the property was repaired quickly. I'd use Kloke again, but maybe request a different crew. more
