My experience with Kliss Electronics has been terrible. Promises of service visits left unfulfilled. Unanswered phone calls. Multiple messages left with no response at all. More than a month later and our television is still not working due to a defective part that is supposed to be covered by Samsung and repaired by Kliss. This format doesn't allow reviewers to give zero stars, but that is my true rating. If it were possible I'd make it negative stars. My next step will be a report to the Better Business Bureau.
