Kline Nissan Issues 4/15/2010

I recently purchased a 2010 Maxima with all of the bells and whistles. I immediatly noticed things that were not working properly and they are still not after 4 months and many repair attempts. Kline has been ineffective in getting things done and Nissan has been almost non-responsive. The case is unfortunately heading towards arbitration at this point. My service advisor always greets me with a smile and hello. That means alot to consumers to always have friendly service. I bought my Sentra there 5 years ago and would definetly buy another vehicle there again!!! Pros: Nissans are great vehicles Cons: No Complaints more

Not recommended 10/20/2009

We bought a brand new Nissan here. We were kept waiting for several hours to finalize a sale. Our salesperson quit half way through the sale (as in left the company!) so we had to continue with a new salesperson. The financing person was border line rude with us. Complaining about how long the day was but we were kept waiting for almost 4 hours. They had a week prior to get everything in order but waited until the last minute to do it. They had to call us multiple times to finalize the sale even though the things they called about were already done once, twice before.. The woman at the front desk is annoying, talks like a trailer park stripper. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they sell Nissans. In the end, what does it matter for sales other than I won't go back. And now reading the other reviews, I'll be taking my car somewhere else for maintenance as well. Great place to take your money 5/28/2009

I only took my car in for a warranty checkup and ended up doing brakes too because they told me they were thin. They charged me $500+ for labor when they only worked on my car for no more than 4 hours! They'll tell you that's how much it costs to do this. Don't get your car fixed at a dealership ever!!! Avoid the extra service charges 10/8/2008

I took my truck in for the 60,000 mi service. They tried to convince me to change the driving belts and to clean the throttle body. I asked them to show me the belts which were supposedly cracked. I could not see any cracks. The service guy then changed the story by saying that it would be safer. In the end, they confessed that they did not even know if the throttle needed cleaning since they did not remove the cover. Be aware of these games. \r \r \r Niraj more

KLINE NISSAN IS THE BEST! My wife and I bought our 2008 Altima from Randy Wimer and it was my best vehicle purchasing experience to date! Randy was very professional and didn't treat us like ""just another sale"". The dealership was clean and had a comfortable lounge. I already sent my neighbor in to Kline and will continue to tell people about my great experience there! Pros: Great Sales Rep. Cons: No free popcorn or hot dogs more

Stay away from Kline Nissan 6/3/2008

I have purchased 4 Sentras and an SE-R over the years. The last was a 2008 from Kline. Paid the price they wanted. 2 miles down the road, I noticed a cut in the door panel vinyl. I called them on my cell. They told me 'no problem, we'll fix it'. Since I had driven 250 miles to do the deal, I trusted them and continued home. Three weeks later they asked for a photo which sent right away. Now they had changed their tune. They would patch it. Not on my new car! I called Nissan USA and spoke with a rep. He said that since 30 days had passed they would not replace it on warranty. I contacted the MN Better Bussiness Bureau. They thought patching was just fine and I was not co-operating. Shoulda known, after all who pays them?\r \r So now my campain begins to steer good people away from these folks. Nissan Corporation as well. I'll go Honda next time!\r \r So far I have changed 3 friends from going there and will continue. . . .\r \r Anyone else had treatment like this from Kline?\r \r Pros: They take your money real fast Cons: Yes they are more
