Run away...run away quickly. Don't believe the colorful website. Hire this company, referred to me by Home Depot, and you'll regret your decision. I certainly do.\r \r I am a senior citizen, who made the mistake of using Klein's Countertops to design and install quartz counter tops in my kitchen. Two weeks after the installation, the counter top has a huge crack in it. Klein's Countertops denies that they delivered and improperly installed shoddy, defective products. I've brought in 3 separate contractors who agree that the counter tops were improperly braced during installation. Klein's denies all responsibility.\r \r I am now stuck with a $22K kitchen upgrade, a counter top that I can't use, and needless to say, I'm pretty angry. DO NOT USE KLEIN'S COUNTERTOPS. You'll be sorry. They'll just take your money and run. more

Great product and fantastic customer service 12/5/2010

I just recently purchased my second countertop from Klein. We love the product-it's easy to clean, looks beautiful and holds up well. Klein has been fantastic to work with. They have great customer service, they stand behind their product, answer questions, and they are professional. Of all the vendors we used on our kitchen remodel, Klein was our favorite to work with. We also found they offered the best prices on quality stainless sinks. I highly recommend them. more

Best Countertops and Service we could have imagined 11/9/2006

Friendly and helpful in all aspects. Would recommend to anyone! The Silestone countertops were the best choice that we could have made. Great Job! more
