I have been using Kleen Air for several years already and I can recommend their service to anyone. If you need heating or air conditioning repairs, you should call these guys.

I am fortunate to have forged a relationship with Kleen Air Services since 1998. They provide an honest, friendly and professional service at a reasonable price. Not only do I use them for my personal residence, as a Commercial Property Manager I use them on my smaller office, industrial and retail properties as well. I have had some "special" projects that I could not get other mechanical contractors to attend to for me and Kleen Air came to the rescue. I would highly recommend them! more

Kleen Air is an excellent company 5/4/2016

We had a couple of inspections done on our heating and A/C units and as they were over 20 years old, we determined that we needed to replace our A/Cs and furnaces. And we knew it was not going to be a minor installation nor inexpensive as we had three systems that cooled and heated our house. After talking with a number of companies and checking review sites like the BBB, Yelp and Angie. List we decided to go with Kleen Air Services and we were not disappointed with our decision. We also had had unbalanced heating and air conditioning in the house for the 12 years we have lived there and Kleen Air was able to identify the problems and resolve them with some general revamping of our air supply and return system. Something that we had previous paid a supposedly specialist company to do that only made the problems worse. There is no question that Kleen Air is an excellent company to go with and they did everything they said they were going to do, did it more efficiently than we anticipated and were cost competitive. I will certainly continue to use Kleen Air and have no problem recommending them to anyone who needs their type of services. more

He checked the unit 4/21/2016

He checked the unit and provided an estimate of how much a repair would cost. He did not add coolant. He came. He looked at the unit. He stated that is was in need of repair. He gave a quote for the needed repairs and left. He did not add coolant. more

Very courteous and professional 3/31/2016

The provider performed a 20-point air conditioner tune-up, added 2 lbs of refrigerant, and cleared a clogged drain. I bought a Big Deal for $49.95 for the 20-point A/C tune-up with up to 2 lbs of refrigerant included. I was contacted almost immediately by the company after purchasing the coupon, and scheduled for 8:00 am the following morning. The technician was very prompt, and very courteous and professional. In the process of performing the tune-up, he found that I had a clogged drain, which he cleared for an additional $85.00. He also added 2 lbs of refrigerant, and informed me that my A/C was in good shape. I was very happy with the quality and promptness of service, as well as the price, especially considering that the refrigerant was included. I recommend Kleen Air Services and would use them again. more

They were here on time 3/22/2016

Remove old HVAC system and install new system. If your having problems with your heating / air system..call Kleen Air Services. We had called another AC service company to come out and quickly realized they were way over priced and unprofessional. My sister recommended that we call Kleen Air Services. They came out, explained what was necessary to have an efficient operating system at my home, gave us their bid, and installed a new HVAC system the next day. They were here on time, removed the old system, installed the new system, cleaned up, and showed us what was work was done, all in a very courteous and professional manor. Yes...I would recommend Kleen Air Services for your air conditioning and heating needs. more

Got there quickly in emergencies 2/9/2016

Removed non-working humidifier. We used Kleen Air to service our air conditioning while we lived in Plano. They were on time, got there quickly in emergencies and kept the unit working. more

Cleaned Compressor coil and added freon 1/31/2016

Cleaned Compressor coil and added freon I got a call from the dispatcher telling me the tech was on the way. The tech showed up within half an hour of that call. He checked the electrical, capacitors, filter and thermostat. Cleaned the gunk out of the compressor coil, but the unit still wasn't cooling adequately, so he added 1.5 pounds of freon. After that, it was working great. more

Replaced electrical parts on AC unit 1/7/2016

Replaced electrical parts on AC unit. I have a 20 year old AC unit that stopped working. Technician came and diagnosed issue as some electrical switches failed and needed to be replaced. He said could fix it but unit really needed to be replaced. Decided to fix it for now. more

Replaced defective dual capacitor Kleen Air Service came out as a referral from my Home Maintenance Co. I placed the call at 9am Sat morning and they were able to fit me in with an appointment that afternoon. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that, since the temperature in the house was slowing rising as a result of the outside AC fan not working AND it is summer time in TEXAS!!!! The tech was professional, efficient, answered all my questions and was in and out before I knew it. I called Kleen later with a few other questions and spoke with the owner Russell Pattinson, who was very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend this company, especially since there are a lot of "ripoffs" in the industry and hard to feel confident not knowing till its too late. As a note, I did not have to pay for the visit since my Home Maintenance Plan covered all the charges. more

Installed a new HVAC system. 12/1/2015

Installed a new HVAC system. Mine was 19 years old. They had to replace the inside and outside unit. Also did duct cleaning as an add-on service and installed an attic tent. It was a long day, but there was a lot of work to do. The techs were polite and completed all work in a quality manner. I knew exactly what to expect because I had met with the marketing/sales manager first. more
