As an observer, I had the privilege of watching Ilyse give a self-help talk at the Woodland Hills bankruptcy court. I recently heard that she had won the 2010 William J. Lasarow Award given by the Debtor Assistance Project for her incredible work on behalf of debtors. She is a sharp attorney who has helped many, many people.
