I am now beyond tired of this rude ,curt Arabic woman that everyone complains about but is still working at this place.I have never seen a ruder person to the elderly and anyone that is not Arabic.\r I am now filing charges with the US Postal Inspectors office for damages and late arrivals with my packages that are sent out of the place.The owners have said that this person that has thrown packages from the counter to a post bin 15 feet away ,just to be rude that was uncalled for but the owner does not care and by not caring about how rude she ia as yu have read all the reviews it is encourgaed.I ask all persons that have had a terrible time to now write and campaign of complaints to US postal inspectors because my tax dollars should not subsidize this hateful woamn from causing som many people grief.She is rude to everyone and destrictive to us mail.and yet the onwers say"thanks for bringing that to our attention" as a business owner and fire chief non of my employees would be allowed more

I have used the postal service many times and have always been treated with consideration. The lady who works there has never been anything but nice to me; but then, I'm also nice to her. And that, I think, is the key. That's just life, if you go with an attitude you might get one back. Plus the shop has wonderful gift items. I can always find something special there. more

Yes, the lady (I use the word loosely) behind the postal corner, redhead, is horribly rude. When I am desperate to mail something I will go in there and she just screws up my head with her nasty, abusive, attitude. Does she work for the Druggist or the Post Office. She is as mean as a junkyard dog. I would like to teach her to fetch maybe on the 405! She makes me forget something everytime, she seems perpetually angry. If you show up at 4:31 you'll find the closed sign already out. They are only open until 4:30 unlike a real post office. Today she did wait on me at 4:34 after she told me they were closed and I sighed and walked off. I was the only one there, except for her concluding some business with a woman. She shoots questions at you and sort of just takes over. more

the older lady who works in the post office is unbelievably rude, she looks as if she might jump across the counter at any moment and slap you, if you enjoy this type of customer service i'd definitely recommend this location. more

The female red headed postal clerk seems on the verge of going postal everytime I visit so I stopped frequenting that po. I think maybe she stopped buying her psych meds, the economy is hitting everyone hard. more

The Persian lady who works the post office has got to be the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever met. No hello, goodbye, or thank you. She mumbled something I could not understand and rolled her eyes when I asked for a receipt? I complained to the owner (works in the pharmacy) & he said they have got many complaints about her. more

i went twice to use the postal service, but for both times, the postal rate came out to be too high. The package i shipped only contained small lip gloss palette, but the price came out to be $6.15. The lady told me it was heavy and that was why, but never gave me the exact weight. i was gonna let it go if i was overcharged just a bit, but it didn't seem that way. so i went back and when i requested to see my package, i found out it was stamped $2.15. I don't recommend going to this post office. I think they are dishonest, deceitful people who work there. more

The cool thing about this place is that is has a little bit of everything. Everyone goes there to use the little mini post office but they also have a really eclectic selection of stuff too. They have some fun little gifts that you can get for really cheap. Also, they have a pretty good variety of greeting cards. more

This place is adorable! It reminds me of a 50s drugstore. What is great is that they have a little bit of everything. Whatever you need they somehow manage to carry! They have a US Post Office annex in the back so if you miss the cut off at your local branch you can still mail your stuff here. Plus the prices on their cards and stuff is not outrageous. more

I only shop there for the Post Office Express, which is great. The lady that runs it is great and even opens early if she's there and ready. It's a lot faster than the regular Post Office! Everyone there is very helpful and friendly and I would Highly recommend them! more

this is a great store. they have a center for US mail, so you don't have to wait in line at the post office! they have great gifts, cards, and many other goodies. definately a positive rating more
