I wish we found this alternative medicine sooner. Our son is a high school athlete who will be playing his sport in college as well, so when he injured his back snowboarding, he needed to recover in a timely manner before starting his conditioning for college. I don't fully understand the process, but I know that my family has had positive results with acupuncture and we will continue to use this method for the future.
