Kitzmiller Skin Care Center

I am a returning patient of Kitzmiller's and couldn't disagree more with reviews I have read regarding this doctor's office. If you're a first time patient, it might come as a surprise that you see a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) however this is common practice for Dermotologist practices and especially so if you want an appointment without waiting 3 or more months. The CNP is fully capable of handling the removal of moles and tags and I have found the CNP at Kitzmiller to be quite professional and polite. In fact, by name, Ann McKee is very efficient and I find her to be quite pleasant during my visits. I will continue to use Kitzmiller's. more

I went to see Kitzmiller about a few problem spots, one on my nose, one on my arm and my feet. Instead the Nurse Practicioner or someone saw me first and acted like I was being ridiculous wasting her time with such small matters. The first thing I asked about was a spot on my arm that I knew was a wart that I just wanted to have froz off which she didn't even touch and shrugged off as an age spot. Ok I was like 35 at the time. I later confirmed it was a wart by my family practicioner. The second was a spot on my nose very small yet white and had been there for 4 years She was like "well where is it I don't even see it" She did scrape it of and send it to a lab but very rude about it. Their on line scheduling system doesn't work. Over the course of a week, I tried twice to make an appointment online, only to find out from the receptionist that "the online scheduling doesn't really work". All I wanted was a skin cancer screening - probably about 15 minutes MAX from an actual doctor and they had a three month wait. more
