Kitsap Mall Management Office and Guest Services

Good: Ms. Ann Hernadez is an EXCEPTIONAL security officer in the mall she went out of her way to keep my husband & me calm while we were waiting for the Kitsap County Sheriff Officer! The Verizon stand employees who went out of there way to help us during this time as well one in particular Sarah Thompkins I believe is her name! These two women went above & beyond to help us!!. Bad: That they DO NOT have security camera's that cover the entire mall parking - it's scary to think that you can't go to the mall without getting your truck stolen full of Christmas gifts & no camera to catch the theives!!. Improvements: CAMERAS CAMERAS CAMERAS - don't need to say any more than that!!. Other: I didn't have the pleasure of finding out who the older security officer who drove around looking for our truck through out the parking lot - we appreciate all his efforts as well!. more

Kitsap Mall is like any other mall. I like to go here and browse the shops inside. This place has a nice clean look to it. Some of the shops inside include Bath and Body Works, VIctorias Secret, The Disney Store, Macys, JCPenneys, and much more. They have a food court with a good variety of foods to choose from. Like any other mall at Christmas time you can come see Santa, Easter you can come see the Easter Bunny, etc. This is a great place to get alot of your shopping done. more

Kitsap mall is the only shopping mall in kitsap county... besides the shopping they also have a "be gifted" promotion - sign up at the service desk and every quarter they send out an email which can be printed and redeemed at the mall for a free gift. Also check out the prepaid giftcards - these prepaid visas in increments up to $500 bear the kitsap mall logo but can be used anywhere just as any prepaid visa - great gift idea and the surcharge is only a couple dollars - far less than other prepaid visa cards. more
