Kitchens Etc Of Ventura County

I was so impressed by this company. They were on time,efficient, and kept every promise they made. The quality of work was superior; much better than any other contractor we have had in the past. The materials used were of high quality. The workmen were polite,knowledgeable and always explained in detail when I had questions. My kitchen was finished before the scheduled time and it is lovely. I never had to worry about anything. They took care of every detail. Every aspect of this project was a pleasure and the finished results are fantastic. I have already scheduled another project with Kitchens etc. more

I checked numerous places from warehouse centers to specialty shop and found them to be in the upper half when it came to price, but when you look at all that is included with Kitchens Etc. the decision was clear. Their designer (Jennifer) listened and gave us multiple designs to start with, then made suggestions but always listened and worked with what we wanted. She walked us through each of the choices and was outstanding in her field. Each of the workers that we met were professional and took great pride in their work. The work was not signed off until the owner and I went through the completed kitchen and made sure we both were satisfied with the work. Anything that was not up to his satisfaction was corrected before the final payment was made. All in all I have never worked with a contractor of this quality. more

Sorry, but I found these people to be poor when it comes to quality work, materials and keeping promises. The showroom is gorgeous. However, good luck delaing with them as I went through a 4 month ordeal for a kitchen that was promised to be finished in 2 months. I have a small kitchen and it seemed that perhaps it wasnt worth the time to spend on my job because it wasnt high dollar! Hard to get return calls and I did most of the project management aspect of this work on my own. NEVER AGAIN! more
